Help with extinction/pterosaur references

Request #1:
I need the full bibliographic reference for the following paper:

Johnson, K., D. Nichols, C. Labandeira, and D. Pearson. Devastation of
terrestrial ecosystems at the K-T boundary in North America: The first
calibrated record of plant and animal response to the Chicxulub
impact........

Request #2:
Johnson et al. (in the paper, above) talk briefly of an occurrence of a
undescribed pterosaur found in the uppermost part of the Hell Creek
Formation.  Supposadly, its the latest occurence of a pterosaur known to
date.  Rumor is that someone was working on this specimen.  Has it been
published yet?  Reference?
