Until the genus is actually described, neither name is 'correct'.  A similar 
situation exists with the Asian sauropod "Nurosaurus"/"Noeurosaurus" - until 
someone actually provides a scientific description, there are no rules on 
which spelling is the correct one.

Nomina nuda are a huge pain in the ***.
