I don't know if anyone can recall the last time this topic flared up 
(subject "Die Me, Dichotomy") but, I kinda took heat for saying "I'm keeping 
an opened mind on the subject."
Lots of people took that as "Duh, T-rex was a obligate scavenger!" which was 
not my point or meaning.  I meant I'm keeping an open mind to it being a 
little of both, rather then "Either/Or."

Ken Carpenter convinced me that T-rex did in fact hunt during a Television 
program in which he appeared, showcasing a Hadrosaur with a healed tail 
wound that came from a T-rex.  The fact that it did not die from the tail 
wound is proof that it was attacked (although unsuccessfully) and not 
scavenged.
That's all I have to say on the subject of T-rex: Predator or Scavenger.
