Reference for Aves sensu {Archie+modern birds}

Hola, people.

I've asked this question before in a different form, but wasn't able
to arrive at something that felt like a firm conclusion. If I want to
refer in passing to Aves, clarifying that I mean it in the sense of
{_Archaeopteryx_ + modern birds}, what paper should I cite for that
definition? The outcome of my last bout with this question was that
it might be --

        Chiappe, L. M. 1996. Late Cretaceous birds of
        Sourthern South America: Anatomy and systematics of
        Enantiornithes and _Patagopteryx deferrariisi_.
        Münchner Geowissenschaftliche Abhandlungen, Reihe A
        30:203-244.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? (That's not an easy journal for
someone without access to an academic library to find!)

Many thanks in advance. (Which isn't to say I won't thank you again
when I get an answer.)
