I may be overlooking something... but _Pararhabodon_ appears to have gone AWOL from the volume. It's mentioned in Dinosauria Distribution (where it's given as a hadrosaurid); but I can't find it discussed in any of the preceding chapters. (It's not listed in the Index either.)

So far, I'm enjoying Dinosauria II immensely.  Great stuff.
