Since I and others have been discussing posture in Microraptor, I pulled out Hwang et als. >AMNH Novitate #3381, "New Specimens of _Microraptor zhaoianus_ from Northeastern China." >Should be available on Bio-one for those whose universities subscribe.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I was browsing the SVP website today, and Xing Xu has submitted the title of his presentation for this year's meeting: "Functional Hind-Wings Conform to the Hip-Structure in Dromaeosaurids"! I wonder if he plans to defend the sprawling image...
