II LATIN AMERICAN CONGRESS OF VERTEBRATE PALEONTOLOGY


Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the MUSEU NACIONAL is hosting the II LATIN 
AMERICAN CONGRESS OF VERTEBRATE PALEONTOLOGY (IICLPV). This event will take 
place in Rio de Janeiro between August 10 to 12, 2005. 

The year 2005 is of particular importance, specially for Brazilian 
Paleontology, since we will commemorate the centenary of  LLEWELLYN IVOR PRICE
