maps and ceratopsians

Hello,

Firstly, congratulations to Mickey Mortimer on his Theropod Database - a
terrific reference for tyrannosaur enthusiasts (like me for instance).

I am wondering if someone with access to the following reference could
please send me the maps mentioned in this post:
http://www.cmnh.org/dinoarch/2001Aug/msg00071.html
The reference is:
Lehman, T.M. 2001. Late Cretaceous Dinosaur Provinciality. in Tanke, D.H. &
K. Carpenter (eds.) Mesozoic Vertebrate Life. pp. 310-328.

Also, could someone who has the following paper please send me the
figures of the skulls of Achelousaurus and Einiosaurus.

Two new horned dinosaurs from the Upper Cretaceous Two Medicine Formation of
Montana; with a phylogenetic analysis of the Centrosaurinae (Ornithischia:
Ceratopsidae)
Scott D. Sampson, Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology, 1995, 15(4):743-760

Thank you all very much.
