Sinotraciosaurus? (somewhat OT)

I was at the rock/fossil shop off of Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica,
California the other day when I saw a couple specimens of a very long-necked
reptile. They were roughly a meter in length, with rather short limbs, and I
couldn't tell if the manus were primitive flippers or just plain old hands. I
asked about it briefly (I didn't have a lot of time that day), and the person
there said it was from China, and showed me the label: Sinotraciosaurus. But I
can't find anything about this genus on the Web. (I've even tried a dozen
spelling variations.)

Anyone have any idea what it could be? I'm curious.
