Tyrannosaurus skeletal drawing tail issues

46 vertebrae! Isn't that too much?<

Actually, you miss-counted, there are 45, which is within the 40-45 range given 
by both Brochu (for sue) and Maleez estimated for _Tarbosaurus_.  I chose the 
higher value to a) reflect the more basal position within coelurosaurs that 
tyrannosaurs ifnd themselves in these days, and b) because otherwise I had to 
make the vertebra drop in size more rapidly than seemed plausible.  Sue has 36 
preserved caudals figured in the manuscript.  It should be noted that droping 
the last 4 or 5 from my reconstruction does not make the tail substantially 
shorter.

For what it is worth, Sue is mounted with 47 cauadals.
