Bakker's talk at SVP 1997

Sorry to refer to such an old, old work, but can someone send me off-list a 
copy of Bakker's abstract from SVP 1997 on tyrannosaurs, allosaurs, and 
megalosaurs (oh my!)?

Also, I was surfing the Archives earlier and noticed that one of HP Holtz's 
posts mentioned a nearly complete Giganotosaurus skull. Any word on when we can 
expect this to be published?
