robustus or piscator?

I like to point two questions:

1. Is '_Anhaguera piscator_' (Kellner& Tomida, 2000) named _Coloborhynchus robustus_ or _Coloborhynchus piscator_?

Veldmeijer (2003a, p. 99) stated: "It is also relevant that the premaxillary crest in _A. piscator_ runs all the way to the anterior aspect of the skull (contra Kellner& Tomida, 2000). Additional support is provided by the flat, thought small, anterior aspect of the skull from which two teeth project are the positioned more dorsally relative to the subsequent teeth. It is beyond the scope of this work to discuss the classification of this specimen in detail but the large size alone (the juvenile specimen is as large as for instance the adult _C. spilbergi_) points to a new, largest known species of the _Coloborhynchus_ and is therefore referred to as _C. piscator_."

However Unwin (2002, p. 241) observed: "Frey & Martill (in press) point out that the holotype and only known specimen of '_Anhaguera piscator_' (NSM-PV 19892) is identical to the two specimens representing _Coloborhynchus robustus_, an opinion which is supported here. '_Anhaguera piscator_' is thus treated here as a junior synonym of _Coloborhynchus robustus_."

2. Is the Anhagueridae an valid name? Or this is an synonym of the Ornithocheiridae?

Unwin (2002) affirm that the name Anhagueridae is an synonym of Ornithocheiridae. However the Anhagueridae yet is used (e.g., Veldmeijer, 2003b) as a valid clade.
