Lyell meeting 2004
One for the Poms...
Geological Society of London
Joint Committee for Palaeontology
Dinosaur Palaeobiology
Burlington House
11 February 2004
Joint meeting between The Geological Society of London, the Palaeontological
Association, the Palaeontographical Society, The Micropalaeontological
Society and The Linnean Society of London
The conference will explore the latest in scientific understanding of the
dominant animals of the Mesozoic. How did they become so large? How did
dinosaurs move? How diverse were they? What did they eat? Were they
warm-blooded or not? Were the images in Walking with Dinosaurs realistic or
not? How was their evolution affected by Mesozoic palaeogeography?
