Ask for advice: dinos and communication

Hi all,
I am at last nearly settled in my new job and institution and thus I can re-start to pest you after having been offlist for a while ;-)
Among a lot of other, more pertinent, things I have been asked to give a lecture on "dinosaurs and media" under an historical and sociological point of view (!) for students in science of communication (don't ask me more) .
It should deal with the imagine and perception that people (both scholars and laymen) had of dinosaurs via the media (books, newspapers, movies, TV and the like) from the very beginning (Buckland and the Deluge) to Bakker Dinosaur Renaissance and to more recent times. I have some stuff, but I wonder if you can address me to some good web resource on this topic (I have already consulted the superb site of lindahall library...).
Thanks in advance,
You can reply offlist to my NEW e-mail address

_
When people are born they are gentle and soft.
At death they are hard and stiff.
When plants are alive they are soft and delicate.
When they die, they wither and dry up.
Therefore the hard and stiff are followers of death.
The gentle and soft are the followers of life.

Thus, if you are aggressive and stiff, you won't win.
When a tree is hard enough, it is cut. Therefore
The hard and big are lesser,
The gentle and soft are greater.
