Actually, sounds like it's a leptoceratop[s]id....

Why's that?

(On another note, I know "horned dinosaur" is a common vernacular term for
members of _Ceratopsia_, but is anyone else irritated by hornless animals like
psittacosaurids, leptoceratopsids, protoceratopsids, etc. being called "horned 
dinosaurs"?)
