I've seen that in the same journal there is the description of a new psittacosaurid:


A New Genus of Psittacosauridae (Dinosauria: Ornithopoda) and the Origin and Early Evolution of Marginocephalian Dinosaurs YOU Hailu,XU Xing,WANG Xiaolin.

As usually (grrr...) I can't open the pdf, there is someone that has some additional information?
