Apatosaurus excelsus and Apatosaurus louisae INFO

Dear "DML" Members, please could someone tell me the exact locality and
horizon (obviously the Formation is Morrison) of the follows Apatosaurus
specimens:
CM 3018 (A. louisae)
CM 563 (A. excelsus)
YPM 1980 (B. excelsus)
and always in regard to the above Apatosaurus specimens, could someone tell
me the follows cervicals measurement (in mm):
4rd cervical, 8th cervical, 9th cervical of CM 3018 and CM 563 height of
posterior and anterior face of centrum
8th cervical of YPM 1980 length of centrum, height of posterior and anterior
face of centrum
