Definitions of Segnosauria

Why not the other way around, since _Therizinosauria_ is already defined as a stem-based clade?

I've seen two or three suggestions for a definition of Segnosauria:

1. The common ancestor of both _Beipiaosaurus_ and _Segnosaurus_ (Suggested by T. Mike Keesey)
2. All taxa closer to _Segnosaurus_ or _Therizinosaurus_ than to _Oviraptor_, _Troodon_, _Ornithomimus_, _Velociraptor_, _Mononykus_, or birds (Suggested by Jaime A. Headden)
3. The common ancestor of _Beipiaosaurus_, _Alxasaurus_, _Nothronychus_, and Therizinosauridae (Implied by Jaime A. Headden)
