AMNH CTENOCHASMATOID

This specimen of Diopecephalus (aka Pterodactylus)
longicollum (mislabeled here as "Cynorhamphus" (sic) from
the AMNH is a great example of the narrow wing
membrane completely disconnected from the hind limbs.

Could the specimen be a composite? The wing and leg
bones are strikingly darker in colour from the rest of the
specimen; this looks suspicious.
