I gather that you mean that the genera that traditionally have made up the
Iguanodontidae are paraphyletic or polyphyletic. Thus, since Iguanodontidae
includes only the genus _Iguanodon_, the clade Iguanodontidae is redundant.
The family name Iguanodontidae is valid, since the genus _Iguanodon_ is
valid since the designation of a neotype.
