Hypsilophodon/ pachycephalosaur distribution

Just some quickies:
Is the genus _Hypsilophodon_ known from outside of
Europe?

Also, with the exception of _Yaverlandia_, are
pachycephalosaurs known from the Early Cretaceous? And
if so where?

If anyone can point me in the direction of published
accounts of these, I would be very appreciative.
