RE: Jackon's King Kong Remake And Its Dinosaurs

Has anyone seen the initial statue Weta came up with?  Apparantly, he was 
turned down by the studios, as King Kong was going to cost too much to produce, 
and they didn't want to risk it.  He had a statue created, showing kong tangled 
up with three T-rexish dinosaurs--looked really dramatic, and really cool.  
After being denied Kong, he took on an even more risky, and much more expensive 
project.  being that Newline's $300 million investment has cashed in about $1.8 
BILLION so far(and it's only 2/3 complete), they probably feel a bit more 
comfortable shelling out a few hundred mill to jackson for Kong.  I can't wait 
to see the monsters he comes up with.
