This painting was based on models in the Milwaukee Public Museum back
in the 40's. If you have the first edition of Glut's _Dinosaur Dictionary_,
you can see a photo of some of the models (not the pose in question, though). I
think the pose is highly unlikely if not impossible. It's the dynamism and the
watercolor technique that made the picture for me. DV
