In LA?  I don't know.
I'd say a previously veiwed copy would be the cheapest, but I can't imagine why 
anyone would
return a copy of WWD. :-)
I'd say "Try WALMART," but I don't know if they even have walmarts done there 
(I say down
there as I'm in upstate New York.)
I ordered mine through the BBC America Shop catalogue, and AFAIK, it was "okay" 
on price
(meaning it was probably $19.99 + S/H cut down from $24.00.)
If all else fails, Order it online.
