Brevitertius...AGAIN!
Hi everybody,
I?m still having a difficult time trying to figure out the English
translation of ?brevitertius.?

>Actually, "brevitertius" comes from the Latin adverb, _breviter_,
meaning "shortly; >briefly"; we get "brevity" from this. A short period,
length, duration, extent, etc., >probably in reference to the smallish size
of this particular ornithomimosaur; similarly, >_brevitas_ for "in brief"
or "shortness".
Therefore, if breviter means ?Shortly,? does brevitertius mean ?Shortened?
or ?shorter??

So I?m not the only one who thought it had something to do with a shortened
third something-or-other.
Oh and I STILL have no clue who D. samueli is honoring.
Can anyone help?
