Gail Nevis address and hadrosaurs

Does anyone know the current whereabouts of Gail Nevis, a Ph.D. student at
UC Berkeley a few years back? Also, does anyone know *anything* about Gail's
thesis on Edmontosaurus? A rigorous search on-line and in print found
nothing. Then again, I could be mistaken in my information. . .
