Also I was delighted to see that Ilja has found and added M. Reichel's absolutely breath-taking pen and ink illustrations and paper about Archaeopteryx. I've seen a couple of Reichel's magnificent pterosaur restorations before, but these pen and inks are dazzling and it's terribly unfortunate that Reichel's art has been so overlooked. This is from 1941! He's in the Pantheon! See it at:
