To Julien Divay's references, I would add another Brian C. Bertram 1979 publication, Studying predators (Nairobi, Kenya: African Wildlife Leadership Foundation, 2nd edn.), 44pp. He has also published some excellent papers on ostrich communal social systems, which may yet prove utilitarian as a basis of inferring a paradigm of speculation re: ornithomimosaurs. A small clarification to Julien Divay: he is referring to Richard Despard Estes, not the evolutionary biologist Richard Dean Estes.
