had the pleasure of conversing with Paul about a few questions of my own,
and I found him to be very patient and willing to consider my questions even
though I am outside the profession. For those of you who haven't followed
this link, you really should. It's a great story of two determined people
actually taking on a formidable bureaucracy and WINNING! Way to go, guys!!!
