      I've not heard much about South American
Tyrannosaurs in the papers. Nevertheless, this passage
just compares the sizes of N. American Tyrannosaurs
and a South American theropod:

Translated this reads:
The model/specimen is an juvenile individual which
exhibits coelorusaur apomorphies such as 
dorsal and sacral pleurocoels, vertically projecting
pubis as well as reduced illia(?). The size 
of the specimen is comparable to that of the
Tyrannosaurs from the Northern Hemisphere. 

Maybe it is a Tyrant one.
