Do not forward messages to the dinosaur list from persons who have been timed 
out.  In this particular case, the person whose comments have been forwarded 
was permanently banned from the dinosaur list, and he is well aware of the 
circumstances.  (Others who don't know the background may write to me or 
Mickey Rowe for an explanation.)

As at the airport, don't hold anyone else's bag and don't forward comments 
unless you are sure that the person is not on the DML watch list.  

If you have any comments or questions about posting on a topic or forwarding 
a message, write to Mickey Rowe or me and not to the list.
