plain text messaging
<www.harley.com/turn-off-html> informs one that CompuServe and AOL
automatically used HTML on out-going messages, that it cannot be turned
off...meaning "plain text" cannot be sent on outgoing email to the DML,
meaning that the "Content-Type: multipart/alternative" is a permanent part of
CompuServe, that they cannot send "plain text". My suggestion is that DML
revise its current standards, and see if there is a way those of who cannot
turn off "multipart/alternative" and cannot send "plain text" messages are
registered with the DML.
