Reagrdless, it sounds like an extraordinary specimen.

Which means Jeholopterus ningchengensis. Has the usual pterosaur "fur", in addition to the clearly different stiffening fibers in its wings. According to the authors it can't be told at the moment whether its "hairs" are homologous to protofeathers; they look the same, at least at that level of preservation (and without a microscope, and...).
