I don't think that anyone has mentioned Mike Novacek's new book _Time Traveler: 
In Search of Dinosaurs and Other Fossils from Montana to Mongolia_.  Part 
autobiography and part adventure story, it looks to be an interesting glimpse 
into how a prominent paleontologist abandoned his rock band in favor of real
