For what it's worth, this one I formally renamed Ponerosteus exogyrarum in 
Mesozoic Meanderings #3 (May 2000). Fritsch renamed it Procerosaurus 
exogirarum (sp epithet misspelled) back in 1905 but his genus Procerosaurus 
is preoccupied by Huene's 1902 genus Procerosaurus and for about 95 yrs 
needed to be replaced. Ponerosteus means "rotten bone," a description of the 
quality of the specimen, suggested by Ben Creisler.
