I'm using Netscape 4.78 and IE 5.50.4522

You say you're using the latest versions? 6.X for each?

The new versions, as I understand, no longer support things like
plugins. I looked at the page source for this site, it appears
to only use javascript.

I tried viewing it in Netscape with javascript turned off and it
still came up fine.
