I assume the first part is from helleniko's 'Greek' (that's an accute accent 
after the o); the k is unusual because when these names are transliterated into 
Latin, the Greek kappas normally end up as Latin c's.

So, "Greek-nosed first-horn-face".  I have no idea what makes this 
very-odd-sounding nose "Greek".
