Re: paraphyletic Dromaeosauridae (Yandangornis?)



I agree that plesia are useful, and that is why I've finally backed off from a Family Caudipteridae, since the relationships between Caudipteryx and other taxa are apparently going to remain volatile for quite some time.
Presently I am tyring to decide what to do with Yandangornis. Is it a bird near Sapeornis, or closer to dromaeosaurs (sensu lato) or a more primitive maniraptor?
