Ceratosaurus description

Hello fellow Dino-listers,

I just recieved my copy of Ceratosaurus: A Revised
Osteology, Madsen & Welles, 2000. The figures are
pretty good (a bit dark), but I'm having trouble with
the author's style of writing. Are there any other
descriptions as complete as this one? I was thinking
about Gilmore, but that might be out-of-date. If there
is a new paper coming out describing recently
recovered specimens I would rather just wait for it.
I've also heard that the new species of _Ceratosaurus_
may be growth stages of C. nasicornis. Is that
currently accepted, or just a rumor?

P.S. Could someone PLEASE tell me what "dorsum sellae"
are? I've seen it in the literature too many times and
I have no clue.

Cheers,
Waylon Rowley
