Well, the holotype mandibular ramus of Kelmayisaurus petrolicus is larger
than the same element of Ceratosaurus nasicornis. Dong called it a "large
carnosaur." Twenty-two feet is kinda small. Maybe the dinosaur was circa
30-35 feet long?
