Big theropods.
I like to get some skull pictures of these dinosaurs as well.

I assume you mean large Late Cretaceous theropods from _South America_, as suggested by your title?  Here you go-

"Megalosaurus" chubutensis Corro 1974
Ilokelesia aguadagradensis Coria and Salgado 2000
Quilmesaurus curriei Coria 2001
Xenotarsosaurus bonapartei Martinez, Gimenez, Rodriguez and Bochatey 1987
"Aucasarus" Dingus and Chiappe 2001
undescribed Abelisaurid (Martinez, Maure, Oliva and Luna 1993)
undescribed Abelisaurid (Rigal and Calvo 1999)
Genyodectes serus Woodward 1901
Abelisaurus comahuensis Bonaparte and Novas 1985
Unquillosaurus ceibalei Powell 1979
Giganotosaurus carolinii Coria and Salgado 1995
undescribed Carcharodontosaurid (Coria and Currie 1997)
undescribed Carcharodontosaurid (Alcober, Sereno, Larsson, Martinez and Varricchio 1998)
undescribed Carcharodontosaurid (Kellner and Campos 1998)
unnamed Carcharodontosaurid (Rich, Rich, Lanus, Rich and Vacca 1999)
"Megalosaurus" inexpectatus Corro 1966
Megaraptor namunhuaiquii Novas 1998
undescribed Megaraptorine (Martinez, Lamanna, Smith, Casal and Luna 1999)

The only skull pictures available will be Abelisaurus and Giganotosaurus.  A quadrate and postorbital are known from Ilokelesia, and the premaxilla, partial maxilla and anterior dentary from Genyodectes.  Some of the undescribed abelisaurids are known from cranial material, but it isn't illustrated yet.
