Chilantaisaurus is a spinosauroid, not a segnosaur. You're probably
thinking of "Chilantaisaurus" zheziangensis, based on manual phalanges and
unguals quite possibly belonging to the Nanshiungosaurus brevispinus
holotype. I would question any phylogeny placing Therizinosaurus and
Nanshiungosaurus as sister groups because they can't be compared to each
other at all. Therizinosaurus is known from pectoral, forelimb and hindlimb
material, while Nanshiungosaurus is based on vertebral and pelvic material
(unless you assumed "Chilantaisaurus" zheziangensis is indeed from
Nanshiungosaurus, then you could compare the manual phalanges and unguals,
but you seemingly didn't know that).
It would be interesting to see your character evidence for these clades.
