Mauricio has several book projects in the works on the Cenozoic paleofaunas of Europe and Africa. I've been lucky enough to see some of the art and it's fabulous as usual. I haven't seen it yet, but I understand that the new National Geographic has some of his work along with Mark Hallett's in a feature on dog evolution. DV
