Klamelisaurus gobiensis taxonomy

this is a very confusing species to me.
I checked a paper w a skeletal diagram, and the only helpfull element was a 
pelvis that remsembled a kind of link between _Vulcanodon_ and Euhelopids.

But on many sites, among them the dinosauricon, it's claimed that 
_Klamelisaurus_ might be an adult form of _Bellusaurus_; and isn't 
Bellusaurus classified as a macronaria incertae sedis?
