I just got GSP's magnum opus and I allowed me get bak
to dinosaurs after quite a while. No words can
describe the beauty of the figures and the clarity
with which they make so many points clear. But on page
291 he restores the therizinosaurs as featherless. But
were they not supposed to have feathers or at least
the dino-fluff. While in the same figure the
tyrannosaurs are shown as having the arm 'aerofoil'.
If the Burgers Chiappe model is right then it would
make sense to have arm aerofoils to aid the jump. But
why should they be there in large theropods like the
tyrannosaurs.
One question: Did some phorusrachoids really have
clawed hands? Has there been any new evidence in this
direction?

That mural of skulls on pages 180-183 is the best ever
thing I have seen in a long time.
