Thanks once again to those who reviewed the last version of this piece; I've
made another revision now.

In this version:

More color in the eye.

Shortened Antorbital fenestra.

Proper number of teeth...or pretty close to it...(thanks to Henry Mendoza
for pointing out the incorrect tooth count...)

A greater area of hornlets and rough scales on the snout.

Some tweaking of the skin at the base of the spiky scales on the neck...
