FOLLOW-UP on EXCLUSIVE TO DINOSAUR MAILING LIST of 4-9-02
FYI, in follow-up to the message of Tuesday, April 9, concerning my find
of a dinosaur track from the Late Cretaceous of Maryland:
It now appears the formation of origin is the Magothy, making the track
of Santonian age, let's say roughly 84 million years. That would make it
very approximately 31 million years younger than the Early Cretaceous tracks
I have been finding elsewhere in Maryland, instead of the forty-five to
fifty million years younger, which I had estimated in the initial posting.
