A little theory of mine

I know I sort of stalk the shadows of the DML, mostly because I'm afraid if I say anything, so much of what I say will be wrong, for I am still learning. However, today, while talking with Waylon Rowley about the evolution of beaks in birds, a thought came to me. 

Possibly, beaks on birds evolved from the rugosities and preorbital horns and ridges along early birds snouts, and into beaks. Again, I just thought of this, so I have yet to work out all of its quirks, and technical language, if you want to hear more, e-mail me, and I'll have thought a little more into this by tomorrow. Right now, I'm tired, and want to sleep, so I'll post some more later. I just wanted to get this noted.
