Ah, but John actually *got* the throne didn't he - remember Magna Carta and
all that?  

Time will tell if _Giganotosaurus_  eventually topples the mighty T-rex!  As
we all know, vertebrate paleontology is just a sideline industry of
Hollywood... so if you @&@# producers out there will stop with your fixation
with _Tyrannosaurus_ already!!!  

I blame the name.  _Giganotosaurus carolinii_ doesn't exactly roll off the
tongue.  Now, if Coria and Salgado had only named their beastie
"Superraptor", then it might have had a fighting chance.
