No, people only realized oviraptorids had double-headed quadrates in 1995,
and it was first published in 1997.  You often need an isolated quadrate,
which we don't have for Erlikosaurus.  Thus, I don't believe anyone can tell
yet.  So I agree on coding segnosaurs "?".

It all depends on the photo or illustration quality.  With characters like
this, it's often a case of "yes it has a bump... but how large must it be to
count?".  Low quality illustrations like Gallimimus or Ingenia in the
Dinosauria won't always indicate its presence.
